For the cost of your daily coffee, work with me to finally achieve your fitness goals, and be part of a members group that will inspire you to sustain your health and fitness habits for continual progress. As part of your membership you’ll have your own tailored workout program, nutrition targets and meal plans. Each week you’ll do a formal check in with me - the key accountability piece - and we’ll adjust or progress your plan from week to week.  Take a look below to learn how it all works.

Getting Started

​

  • Intake form - Once you've signed up for the Group Coaching Membership, and Prior to our initial coaching call, I’d like to know a bit about your goals, lifestyle, barriers & preferences.  You'll fill out a form that'll pave the way forward.
     

  • Initial Coaching call (30min) - We’ll discuss:

    • goal setting to lay the foundation to your success

    • your current strengths & barriers, and some initial strategies

    • how I can best support you as your coach, and how you can get the most from me

    • an initial plan to then expand upon & tweak over time

The Coaching Program (minimum 12 week for best results)
 

  • You'll have your Personal login on my Coaching App
    - Your one stop shop

  • Personalised nutrition plan with calorie and nutrient targets

  • Flexible meal plans, food suggestions and recipes 

  • Personalised and progressed workout program (gym and/or home)

  • Send me videos of your training for feedback on exercise form

  • Weekly review / progressions - based on your check-ins 

  • Lifetime access to education resources

  • Any time access to me through the Coaching App (<48 hour response time)

  • Group chat with other members to support each other, share tips, tricks, successes & challenges 

  • Optional one on one coaching calls for additional support

  • A coach who'll keep you accountable

$44.00 AUD / week

  • Includes initial 30 min Coaching call, valued at $65.00 AUD

I hold my clients to quite a high standard.  If you come to me for results, I really want for them to be achieved too - gradually & sustainably.

I started training with Nick 8 weeks ago and already he has helped me achieve some of my personal goals. I avoided the gym for quite some time due to not knowing what to do or where to start. Nick's Exercise Physiology and Nutrition background enables him to design programs and that suit the needs of many different people.  I have been working with Nick to build functional strength, both before and after having hip replacement surgery. His attention to exercise modification has ensured that I have progressed with physicality and confidence.  He has also provided me with dietary advice that is both helpful and achievable. Nick is an exceptional Trainer. I couldn't recommend him enough.  He’s friendly, passionate, and very knowledgable. I worked with him initially to address pain and weakness from a disc bulge injury in my neck. His background meant that he understood my problems and developed the appropriate program to allow for gentle rehabilitation, whilst training other areas with some more intensity.  ​Once my neck issue resolved we graduated to more of a strength training program. A big fear of mine was having a trainer push me past my limits. Nick listened to my concerns, and adjusted where necessary, whilst still allowing me to push myself.  Now, I don’t even recognise myself from where I started. My overall strength has improved so much. Nick is also helping me change my diet.  For me, my mood issues can make sticking to a diet hard. He’s made great suggestions of simple changes that I can stick too for long term change.
